US Indexes Break Out of Multi-Month Flags
Simultaneous mega-themes and a pro-business policy backdrop still argue for staying long.
AI, robotics, space, Defense 2.0, and genomics are launching together, including sub-themes such as AI data centers in space and in the ocean, while tax cuts and a pro-business presidency add a policy tailwind. That combination supports a still-underappreciated multi-year bull.

| MAGS | Long | We believe the Magnificent 7 remain the cleanest listed expression of overlapping AI, robotics, and hyperscaler capex cycles that are only in the early innings. |
S&P 500 and Magnificent 7 resolved flags higher, with only a shallow retest as the downside case.
Equity indexes left a multi-month channel, printed a new high, and cleared a three-month flag. A pause or flag before the next leg is possible, but the worst case is a retest rather than a deep drawdown. Nasdaq has lagged and has not yet made new highs, while Mag 7 just broke a wedge with all-time highs as the next hurdle.

| ES=F | Long | The S&P futures broke out of a three-month flag and still have room toward the larger channel top. Markets can correct in time rather than price, so a flag here would be digestion, not a regime change. | |
| MAGS | Long | The Magnificent 7 basket broke out of its wedge alongside Nasdaq. All-time highs are the next bullish checkpoint after that resolution. |
